What is your policy regarding cancellations?
- There is a 14-day cancelation policy. If a reservation is canceled within the 14-day cancellation policy, the total room and tax for the entire reservation will be forfeited.

- Franklin Hotel is pet friendly. Pets allowed with USD 100.00 non-refundable fee per stay, 50lb maximum on pet allowed in the room. Pets must be crated in the guest room; pets are not to be left unattended. If a pet is left unattended and other guests are disturbed, an additional surcharge will be imposed.
